Shopify Payments is a bit of black hole, with them holding your money for 5 days, unlike others that do next day funding.

For larger items that ship via freight, it's harder to configure a shipping calculater.

For larger businesses that need full log history of order or item changes, it's a challange as it's not easy to retrive information.

Shopify Plus has exciting quarterly feature launches, but the implementation can be slow, and it's unclear when new features will be available. This can be frustrating, especially since essential features are still lacking, such as the 100 variant/option limitation in product creation.
